GLASSWASHERS

COMPLAINT
POSSIBLE CAUSE
No power to machine after turn on
  • Fuse or circuit breaker open circuited
  • Power lead faulty
  • Wash/rinse cycle will not commence.
    (After ready light is illuminated)

  • Door open
  • Door micro switch faulty
  • Timer faulty
  • Ready light will not illuminate
  • Rinse ready thermostat setting too high
  • Element thermostat setting too low
  • Glasses not washed satisfactorily
  • Spinner arms blocked
  • Detergent bottle empty
  • Incorrect detergent
  • Detergent valve faulty


  • UNDER BENCH DISHWASHERS

    COMPLAINT
    POSSIBLE CAUSE
    No power to machine after turn on.
  • Fuse or circuit breaker open circuited
  • Power lead faulty
  • Rinse ready light will not illuminate
  • Not enough time allowed for heat up
  • Rinse ready thermostat setting too high
  • Boiler Element thermostat setting too low
  • Machine will not fill with water after ready
    light illuminates
  • Stop cock closed
  • Solenoid valve faulty
  • Pressure switch faulty
  • Door open / Door micro switch faulty
  • R2 relay faulty
  • Cycle can not be started after ready lights
    have illuminated. (No washing noises)
  • Drain switch on
  • Timer faulty
  • Wash pump faulty
  • Machine continues to wash or rinse
    (Cycle light remains on longer than 2 mins)
  • Timer faulty
  • Machine will not drain
  • Drain switch turned off
  • Overflow stem pipe still in position
  • Drain switch faulty
  • Drain hose blocked with food scraps
  • Drain pump not operative
  • Timer faulty
  • Water overflows from rear of machine
  • High level pressure switch not operating
  • Drain pump not operating
  • Drain hose blocked
  • Solenoid valve leaking

  • UPRIGHT DISHWASHERS

    FAULT
    POSSIBLE CAUSE
    No power to machine after turn on.
  • Fuse or circuit breaker open circuited
  • Power lead faulty
  • Rotary selector switch faulty
  • Rinse ready light will not illuminate
  • Not enough time allowed for heat up
  • Rinse ready thermostat setting too high
  • Boiler Element thermostat setting too low
  • Wash ready light will not illuminate
    Pressure switch faulty
    R2 relay faulty
  • Not enough time allowed for heat up
  • Wash ready thermostat setting too high
  • Wash tank element thermostat setting too low
  • Machine will not fill
  • Stop cock closed
  • Float valve faulty
  • Timer faulty
  • Hood open / Hood micro switch faulty
  • Rotary selector switch faulty
  • Rinse pump faulty
  • Cycle can not be started after ready lights
    have illuminated. (No washing noises)

  • Pump inlet strainer blocked
  • Incorrect detergent or too much detergent
  • Articles not rinsed satisfactory
  • Spinner arms not rotating freely
  • Float valve faulty
  • Timer or rinse pump faulty
